How to use the body lotion?

This natural body lotion can be applied as often as needed, even after physical activity or before bedtime. Use the body lotion daily for best results.

Apply this natural magnesium lotion all over the body or to the desired area until fully absorbed. When applying the body lotion to damp skin, it will absorb into the skin faster.
