How to Use the Essential Oil?
All Green People natural essential oils are highly concentrated and must be diluted before use. Do not apply directly to the skin.
This oil blend can be used in various ways:
- Mix 6-8 drops in your diffuser. We recommend not adding more than two drops of essential oil per 20 ml of water.
- Mix 25-50 drops with 100 ml water/alcohol and use as a room spray/freshener
- Place 1 or 2 drops on a tissue and inhale
- Mix 6-8 drops with a fragrance-free shower gel to use in the bath
- Mix 5 drops in 2 teaspoons/10 ml base oil for use in massage
- Add 1 or 2 drops to a soft balm and apply to pulse points
- Apply 1 drop on each side of your pillow before bedtime
Safety
This essential oil is not for ingestion. Contact your doctor immediately if ingested or if the product comes into contact with the eyes.
The essential oil should be used within 12 months of opening. This item is flammable and should not be used near open flames. If you have a skin condition, asthma, or epilepsy, consult your doctor or a professional aromatherapist before use. Store the essential oil at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Always keep out of reach of children and pets. We advise not to pour excess water from the diffuser down the drain.
